Short version: your timeline content is processed in your own browser. We don't upload, store or read the milestones you type.
What we process
- Timeline content (titles, dates, notes) is used only inside your browser to draw the preview and build the .pptx/PNG file. A draft is kept in your browser's local storage so you don't lose work. Clear it any time via your browser settings.
- Contact form: your name, email and message are sent to us so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.
- Server logs: our host may log IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and abuse prevention, kept for a short period.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that count page views and downloads without identifying you.
- Payments (Pro): handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- AI import (Pro, optional): if you use “AI from text”, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to extract milestones and is not used to train models or kept after processing.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (for example, contact messages or your Pro account). Users in the EU/UK and California have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA, which we honour.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
